Message Broker File Extender now supports v6

Fixpack 1 for WebSphere Message Broker File Extender (MBFE) is now available. It adds full support for WebSphere Message Broker version 6, among other useful features and fixes. There are also some additional Technical FAQs available on the support site.

    Does this version support files in a remote location or will the files still have to be local to the machine? Will it support mapped directories?

  2. I believe that MBFE does support mapped directories and UNC paths – I haven’t tried to do it myself, but I think some colleagues of mine have had it doing that. If you have an issue, it might be worth going down your usual support channels.
