WebSphere ESB updates

A couple of updates for WebSphere Message Broker fans:

More to come over the next couple of days – I’ve been learning about IBM WebSphere DataStage TX Extender this week, and have knowledge to share.

Incidentally, if you are starting to use WebSphere ESB, there are a couple of good articles from the WebSphere Developer Technical Journal – Building SOA with JMS and WebSphere ESB, part 1 and part 2.

  1. There are also a couple of publications on the IBM Redbooks site that may also be of interest to WebSphere ESB newbies. There is a draft of Getting Started with WebSphere Enterprise Service Bus V6 (http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/redpieces/abstracts/sg247212.html?Open) and the rather strangely titled Enabling SOA Using WebSphere Messaging (http://www.redbooks.ibm.com/abstracts/sg247163.html?Open) which looks at both WebSphere ESB and WebSphere Message Broker.
