I just discovered a couple of useful plugins for Windows Live Writer via this blog article. The first one allows me to browse my Flickr photos within WLW and insert the photo into my post, with a choice of sizes. The other one allows me to tag my posts and have those tags sent to Technorati, del.icio.us or various other sites. Really nice – and it looks like people are already developing more.
I also discovered a Syntax Highlighter plugin and a Currently Listening plugin, but I haven’t tried them yet.
At this rate, w.bloggar really will be a distant memory. If only WLW worked properly with Roller. For more, have a look at my mini-review from earlier in the week.
